- Ability to read, and understand paint specifications, and blue prints
- Must be able to do proper preparations before painting
- Must be able to disassemble and re-assemble paint equipment
- Ability to work with or without supervision
- Attention to detail is a must
- Minimum of 1-year of preparation, painting, and masking
- Fork truck experience is a plus
